非正常性事易致“淫肠综合征”

淫肠综合征大多是由沙门氏菌属、志贺氏菌属和弯曲杆菌这三种微生物侵入人体的消化道而引起的，大多在青壮年中发病。本综合征的主要传播途径是手指或者是水源被粪便污染后，再污染人们日常生活的食物、食具，通过饮食而造成污染。其次是通过肛门性交、口淫及性接触传染。通过不正常的性交方式传播引起的淫肠综合征，由于其所感染的病原微生物不同，所以临床症状也不完全相同。最常见的沙门氏菌感染，病情较重，并且对抗生素耐药。此菌通过不洁性交由直肠黏膜或口腔黏膜侵入消化道后，一般经过6～72小时的潜伏期，常突然出现腹痛、腹泻、水样便，也可有脓血便和恶心呕吐及发热症状。另外一种引起本综合征的弯曲杆菌，对人体有直接侵袭力，并能释放毒素，可以侵犯回肠和盲肠，引起肠黏膜充血、水肿、坏死，常使受感染者出现发热恶心、头痛、肌肉痛、背痛、腹痛、腹泻及血样便。志贺氏菌发生的感染，常经过1～3天潜伏期，病性急性发作，腹泻先是水样便，以后可转为黏液脓血便，还常伴有发热、恶心、呕吐、腹绞痛、里急后重症状，有些还可引起脱水与电解质紊乱，甚至危及生命。治疗不及时或不彻底者可演变为慢性肠炎，常迁延难愈。
杜绝同性恋及不洁性交，特别是杜绝不正常的口淫和直肠性交方式是预防淫肠综合征的关键。一旦发生淫肠综合征，以应用对致病菌敏感的抗生素为主，有脱水和其他全身症状者还要采取静脉补液等措施。 (马凤喜)
