噪声对孕妇和胎儿的影响

长期接触强烈的噪声会损伤人的听力，这是大家都知道的。然而，您是否知道接触噪声对孕妇和胎儿有什么影响呢？国内外的医学科研人员在这方面做了许多研究，证实强烈的噪声对孕妇和胎儿都会产生许多不良的后果。
孕妇在怀孕初期可出现恶心、呕吐等反应，有些人的反应特别剧烈，以至影响进食，有的甚至需要输液治疗；有的孕妇在怀孕后期会得一种叫做“妊娠高血压综合征的病，主要表现是血压高、浮肿和蛋白尿。调查发现，在接触强烈噪声的女工中，妊娠剧吐的发生率和妊娠高血压综合征的发生率都比其它女工要高。
接触强烈噪声不仅会对孕妇的健康产生危害，而且也会对胎儿产生许多不良的影响。在20世纪70年代，国外曾有人对居住在机场附近的居民进行了调查，发现当地居民所生婴儿的体重比其它地区新生儿的体重低，说明强烈噪声很可能影响了胎儿的发育。
我国的学者对怀孕期间接触强烈噪声(95分贝以上)的女工所生子女进行测试，并把结果同其它条件相似的小儿作比较，发现前者的智商水平比后者低。造成这种情况的原因可能是噪声经常引起子宫收缩，影响胎儿的血液供应，进而影响了胎儿神经系统的发育。
此外，母亲接触强烈噪声还可对胎儿的听觉发育产生不良后果。国外的一些研究表明，孕妇在怀孕期间接触强烈噪声(100分贝以上)使婴儿听力下降的可能性增大。这可能是由于噪声对胎儿正在发育的听觉系统有直接的抑制作用。
由于噪声会对人体产生许多不良的影响，因此很多国家都在这方面作了规定。我国也制订并公布了《工业企业噪声卫生标准》，对生产车间或工作场所的噪声作了明确规定。为了保护女职工及其子女的健康，妇女在怀孕期间应该避免接触超过卫生标准(85～90分贝)的噪声。
