口服避孕药引起了反应怎么办

部分口服避孕药的妇女可能会发生药物反应，常见的反应有以下几种。
1．类早孕反应：在服药初期，少数人可出现食欲不振、恶心呕吐、头晕无力等类似早孕反应的症状，这是药内雌激素刺激胃黏膜引起的，坚持服用两三个月后，反应就会减轻或消失，症状轻的不需治疗，重的在服避孕药同时加服1片反应抑制片（含维生素B630毫克，咖啡因30毫克，奋乃近2毫克）。因服药反应多出现在服药后3~4小时，所以在睡前服药最好。
2．规则阴道出血：又称突破性出血，多发生在漏服避孕药又没有及时补服后，未漏服也能发生，出血量不多，但淋漓不断。出血如在月经周期前半期，多由于雌激素不足引起，可每晚加服炔雌醇0.005～0.015毫克，直到服完22片。如出血发生在月经周期后半期，常由于孕激素不足引起，可每晚加服避孕药半片至1片。如出血像月经量，应作为月经，于当天晚上停药，5天后开始服下月的药。
3．月经过少或闭经：可停药，待月经恢复正常再服药；若半年后仍不来月经，可用促排卵药如克罗米芬或中药治疗。
