一、内裤可能引起的疾病
1、对于女性来讲，妇科病是再正常不过的病了，但也是女性最不愿意得的病。正常来讲，女性往往都比男性爱干净，对自己的卫生就更讲究了。
那么女性的阴道炎又是怎样来的呢？问题的关键在于内裤，一般女性都是穿三角裤，而且都是比较紧身的那种，内裤紧贴臀部。这种紧身的内裤，会造成阴道透不过气，使阴道的汗液蒸发不出去，这样就容易和尿道中的分泌物混合在一起，造成阴部糜烂。
2、对于男性来说，一般都不太注意更换内裤的问题。应该都认为内裤坏了，不能穿了就可以换了，其实不是这样的。男性一般都穿四角裤，虽然穿四角裤比三角裤要舒适些，而且穿四角裤对小弟弟要好些。但如果不注意内裤的卫生和更换，也是一样会得病的。
男性都喜欢运动，出汗水肯定也就比较多了，内裤长时间处于湿润的状态，轻者会在阴处出现过敏和瘙痒的症状，严重的可会有尿道前列腺这样的疾病。
二、什么时间更换内裤
1、平时经常穿的内裤，大概洗30次左右就可以选择扔掉。
2、平时不怎么穿的内裤，在半年的样子就可以扔掉了。
3、女性在生理期的时候，一定要有属于自己生理期的内裤，每条穿16次就可以更换了。
4、穿内裤也是很讲究的，也要分季节穿。一般夏天穿的内裤比冬天穿的内裤时间要长，大概长2个月左右。
注意：在生活中，不管是我们的男性还是女性，都要勤洗自己的内裤，洗内裤的时候一定要和其他衣服分开，单独洗。洗完的内裤也不能在太阳下暴晒，在阴凉的地方，让内裤自己干就行。
其实，自己的贴身衣物是最干净的，同时也是最不干净的。内裤是最容易滋生细菌的地方，所以要对这个地方引起重视。如果想远离那些可怕的疾病，就请对自己负责，同时也是对爱人负责。
