男假两性畸形就是第二性征发育和性别不一致，这和遗传和性腺有很大的关系，主要分为完全型和不完全型的睾丸女性化，增加了患者心理上的负担，随着医学的发达多种方法可以治疗此问题，一般采取外科手术治疗，还可以采取补充性激素治疗等方法。那么男性假两性畸形到底该如何治疗？
1、使用促性腺激素。当男性的内分泌发育出现异常时会导致促性腺激素异常，虽然有睾丸，但是患者的外生殖器就如同女性的外阴一般，可以在医生的指导下合理的使用促性腺激素药物来治疗。
2、补充雌性激素。雄性激素对于第二性征的发育起着至关重要的作用，在发育期间雄性激素分泌异常时势必会影响男性的外生殖器官发育。患者可以合理的补充雌性激素来弥补不足问题。
3、切除异常发育器官加药物治疗。对于不完全性睾丸女性化治疗起来比较复杂，因为患者的外阴部变化比较大。需要纠正患者尿道下裂的问题，同时切除发育的乳房组织，合理的补充男性激素就可以了。
4、外科手术治疗。在青春期当出现了明显的第二性征后，确定好性别之后再通过外科手术的方式做相应的处理。
5、做好心理上的治疗。当男性出现假两性畸形时，势必会给他们的心理带来双重打击，必须要做好他们心理上的护理，必要的话需要寻求心理医生的帮助。有一部分患者虽然睾丸发育不良，而且第二性征不明显，但是成年之后只要阴茎能勃起而且能正常射精和性交，就不必过于担心。
男性出现假两性畸形一般和雄性激素缺陷有很大的关系，母亲在怀孕期间不能乱使用含有雌性激素的药物，以免让男孩出现女性性化。一旦发现出现了假两性畸形，应该及时通过手术的方式治疗，5岁左右是治疗的黄金时间段。
