睾丸附睾炎的治疗

睾丸附睾炎是男性常见的生殖系统疾病，一般是由邻近器官炎症蔓延所引起的，患者的阴囊部位会出现突然性的疼痛感以及阴囊肿胀，同时伴随着附睾有硬结和身体发热，若是没有得到彻底治疗的话会引起慢性睾丸附睾炎，而增加了治疗难度。一般采取内科用药治疗和物理治疗，还有手术治疗等。下面我们就来了解睾丸附睾炎的治疗方法。
1、一般治疗。在急性期间要多注意休息，避免性生活。可使用阴囊托把阴囊托起来减轻下坠疼痛感，若是疼痛剧烈严重影响了生活的话应该使用止痛药物。另外也可通过局部热敷的方式来促进炎症吸收，缓解了其症状。只要早发现早治疗就能防止病情加重，控制了感染。
2、内科治疗。大部分的睾丸附睾炎是因为细菌感染所引起的，一般是肠道细菌或者肝细胞患者，需要根据细菌培养的结果来决定使用哪种抗生素。若患者局部出现严重的红肿应该静脉滴注抗生素，等体温正常之后再口服抗生素。
3、物理治疗。患者可以平躺卧床休息并且使用手托出阴囊来理疗，使用利多卡因精索封闭注射能减轻疼痛感。
4、手术治疗。若是患者局部出现了脓肿，必须通过手术的方式治疗。切开引流才能彻底的治愈病情。
5、生活护理。男性平时要注意局部卫生，性生活前后仔细清洗生殖部位，尤其是包皮过长或者包茎的男性要经常清除包皮里面的分泌物。控制性生活的次数不能过于频繁，避免穿过于紧身的牛仔裤或者内裤。当男性患有阑尾炎时要积极治疗，因为细菌会通过附近的淋巴系统会流到睾丸附睾，从而诱发疾病。
睾丸附睾炎患者要及时治疗，以免因为睾丸扭转而对睾丸带来不可逆的伤害。除了治疗之外，患者要注意个人卫生，避免频繁的性生活，在治疗期间最好是禁止性生活，以免加重病情。同时还要保持情绪稳定，规律作息。睡觉前可通过坐浴的方式促进局部血液循环，能增强其抵抗力。
