避孕药服用后出血即为月经？闭经”罪魁“或是避孕药物！

吃了避孕药后出血是例假？
服用紧急避孕药后一般会出现撤退性出血，一般在停药后2至7天内出现。其出现主要是药物作用所致。紧急避孕药实则为雌激素与孕激素所配伍使用的制剂，服用后会影响女性体内的激素分泌水平，导致子宫内膜受到刺激而提前脱落，进而出现出血症状。
正常月经出现也是由于子宫内膜周期性脱落所致，因而撤退性出血也被称为“替代月经”，但这并不算真正意义上的月经出血，因此服用避孕药所致的出血症状并不等同于例假。但在计算下次月经出现时，可以将这次出血当作一次月经周期，往后推28天即为下次经期出现的时间。
避孕药吃多了会导致闭经吗？
避孕药能致撤退性出血，同时也可能导致闭经出现，特别是长期服用避孕药的女性，闭经出现机率会大大提高。其主要是由于避孕药中的激素成分会影响女性体内的内分泌功能，雌激素的分泌量大大减少，同时排卵过程受到抑制，导致子宫内膜无法正常进行生长，从而使月经出血量急减，甚至闭经。
长期闭经对女性的子宫、卵巢功能会造成不小的影响，因此对于服用避孕药后长期出现闭经现象的女性，应及时予以停药，更换其他避孕措施进行避孕。或者可以通过注射黄体酮、服用孕激素类药物来刺激子宫，进而使月经恢复。但也不乏部分人群在服药后闭经能在一定时间后自行恢复。
避孕药虽有避孕作用，但若长期服用，其对女性机体所造成的影响是非常大的，子宫肌瘤、不孕不育等病症均可能由于长期服用避孕药而被引发。因此，为了更好地保证机体的健康，广大女性应尽量减少避孕药的服用，可用其他避孕措施加以替代。
