弱精症的治疗

当男性患有弱精症时精子的质量比较差，从而容易引起男性不育。引起弱精症的主要因素是受到了感染、曾经患过精索静脉曲张或者自身免疫系统异常等。由于弱精症会直接影响到男性的生育能力，所以应该积极治疗。治疗方法比较多，要根据病情对症治疗。那么男性弱精症该如何治疗？
1、及时去除感染。当大量的细菌或者病毒进入身体中，会诱发生殖系统感染，从而导致前列腺炎、附睾炎以及精囊炎，影响了精子的运行能力。另外微生物也会对精子带来损伤，破坏了精子结构。所以要积极的治疗感染，在医生的指导下合理的使用抗生素。
2、治疗精索静脉曲张。当男性患有精索静脉曲张时会让大量血液滞留，阻碍了局部微循环，营养供应缺乏而且降低了氧分压，内分泌功能发生障碍，最终降低了精子活力以及质量。一旦出现了此疾病，必须通过手术的方式治疗。
3、饮食治疗。患者可以多吃富含精氨酸比较丰富的海参、泥鳅、墨鱼以及鳝鱼等，因为精氨酸是精子必不可少的成分，可增加精子的数量，提高了其活力。另外也应该多吃富含锌比较丰富的食物，当身体缺锌时会影响精子的液化以及正常运行，可以多吃富含锌丰富的动物内脏、瘦肉以及海产品等。
4、一般疗法。男性必须戒掉手淫，控制性生活的次数，少用各种化学剂，做好防辐射工作。注意局部的清洁和卫生，每天都应该对阴囊和包皮部位仔细的清洗，减少蒸桑拿以及泡热水澡的次数。
5、辅助生殖。严重的弱精症患者精子没有活动能力，不能穿透卵子，从而导致男性不育。此类人群可以通过辅助生殖的方式来让妻子怀孕，比如试管婴儿和人工授精。
结婚后夫妇同居两年以上期间没有采取避孕措施，但女性仍然没有怀孕的话，夫妻双方要去医院做检查。尤其是男性做精液检查，可以判断是否患上了弱精子症。
