避孕药副作用
1、胃口差、头晕、恶心、呕吐、乏力。此类反应常常发生在开始服药的时候，若出现这类反应，可以喝点浓茶、吃点咸菜或者嚼点糖姜，同时要坚持按规定服药，随着人体对药物的适应，此类反应会渐渐消失。
2、月经不调。许多女性服用避孕药后都会出现月经不调的不良反应，若服药后出现月经推迟、月经量少的情况，通常不用做太多的处理，可自行调理，但若出现月经量多，月经期增长，应及时去医院就诊，以免出现贫血的症状。
3、出现妊娠斑。有些女性服用避孕药之后会出现妊娠斑，可能很多人会认为妊娠斑只在妊娠期间才有可能会出现，其实，这种色素沉着斑并不是妊娠特有，若体内雌激素和孕激素高时都是有可能会发生的。对于此反应，只要立即停用避孕药就能渐渐消退。如能在饮食中增加一些富含维生素C的蔬菜和水果，比如西红柿、桔子、芹菜、白菜等，色素沉着斑会消失的更快。
注意事项：
各种避孕药的用法用量会有不同，切不可擅自随意服用，用前需看清说明书或咨询医师或药师。
